Why bamboo?
By 2050, the oceans will contain more plastic than fish by weight. Quite scary, don’t you think?
Bamboo is a natural plant, fully biodegradable, therefore a renewable and sustainable resource.
It can be harvested without deforestation, as the plant does not die after harvesting.
The antibacterial properties of bamboo allow to cultivate it without using toxics.
